How To – Install Windows 11 Without An Internet Connection

As you are installing Windows 11 you get to a point where you seem to be required to have an internet connection to continue with the installation.

In reality, that is not the case as Windows 11 can be installed without needing an internet connection.

In this short post I will give you the steps you need to follow to be able to install Windows 11 without needing internet connectivity.

1. When you get to the screen that says “Let’s connect you to a network” window, press shift + F10 to open a command prompt.
2. In the command prompt window type OOBE\BYPASSNRO
3. Once the command in step two has been executed, the system will restart the OOBE session box once you reach the window mentioned in step one you will have an option to click “I don’t have internet”, and then continue to click “limited setup”. Accept the EULA and continue to create a local user account and continue the installation.
